Cannot reuse Status while making a workflow

I added a status to my workflow without problem, called "shipment document review".

However I want to reuse this same status elsewhere, but I cannot find it in my drop down list.

Other status are fine.

I am doing this over jira testyard. I tried saving and publishing this workflow many times.

I can find this status in the "text" display version.

If I type the exact name of this status "shipment document review", I cannot create new status

Apparently you cannot use 2 status with the same name in one workflow

Hello @Sylvain Reissier welcome to the community. If the status is already in the workflow as can be seen in the image. You just need to add the transitions into it. You don't need to add it twice

This is a complex workflow with parallel branches reusing same statuses. I realized it is not possible to have a two status with the same name.

You can reuse existing transitions so you have the same name. Make use of conditions and validators to have more flexibility when reusing it.
