My colleague said he clicked on a link within Jira about new features and since doing so can no longer see our active sprint.
We have checked his personal settings and everything looks ok. Even when sending him the link to the current active sprint it briefly shows our active sprint but then quickly directs him to the generic projects page. We have tried accessing the current active sprint in a number of different ways but still cannot see it.
He has logged completely out of Atlassian and even cleared cache and cookies but unfortunately this has still not resolved the problem.
Has anyone else experienced this before or can anyone look into this? I'm not sure if it's possible to log this with Atlassian...?
Any help would be much appreciated. Many thanks! :-)
Hey @Jodie Parsons
A few quick questions to troubleshoot this. Does this behavior only occur on a single board/active sprint? Does the user see any error messages in the UI when trying to access the sprint? I suggest reaching out to support in parallel. :)
Best, Max
Thank you so much for your response. In answer to your questions, yes it's only occurring on a single board/ active sprint and there are no we don't see any other errors when tying to access the sprint.
I'm looking into raising a support request with Atlassian.
Thanks
Jodie
