Cannot see migrated tickets into my backlog

hi everyone, 

My team has performed a migration of tickets from a Jira project to another one. 

when I select the Issues option on the left pane of the Jira window, I can see the whole list of the migrated tickets. 

but when I want to create a sprint and move the tickets into the sprint, the backlog is totally empty. 

Do you know why?

This can be a classic filter problem configured on the board.

I recommend that you review the filter that your board contains and validate that the issues that were migrated are mapped in the filter and that the statuses are properly mapped in the columns.

If that's not enough, please come back with more details so we can evaluate.

Dear Fernando, 

I have checked the filter of the board. It seems to be ok. to check if the query works, I clicked on Search, and I could see all the epics related to it. But when I got back to the project, the Epics that should appear on the swimlanes remain empty. 

The Expand and Collapse Swimlanes options in the 3-dot menu are grey.
