Not sure where to report this, but I'm unable to submit a support ticket, I'm always getting this error when submitting:
I've been trying for some days always with the same result.
Hopefully, someone from Atlassian can see this and fix the issue.

Have you tried clearing your browsers cache ? to see if that helps.
