Cant create issue

Hello, 

 

I have a really weird issue. When I click on the 'Create' button for a particular project I get this error message. 

 

I can't create any issues for any project and this only happens when I'm in this project. 

If I choose another project this doesn't happen.

 

I dont believe this is a permission issue because if I go directly to the 'Salesforce kanban' project and click on the 'Create' button I will be able to create a ticket.

Is anyone able to shed some light on what could be wrong?

Thank you Trudy looks like it may have been the issue as its not happening on my end that I can see anymore.

Does the scenario described in the issue match your situation?

 

1. You are initially viewing issues in a project where you don't have Create Issue permissions

2. Then you click the Create button to create an issue.

3. In the Create Issue dialog you see the message "You cannot create issue in this project"

4. Then in the Create Issue dialog you select a different project where you do have permissions to create issues.

5. And the error message still remains displayed.

 

If your scenario aligns with the steps above, then, as per comments in the referenced issue, you should contact Atlassian Support directly for assistance.
