Hi all
I'm deleting unused projects. When i try to remove some screens no longer in use, the "Delete" button isn't there.
I'm unable to delete them. I can only see "Configure", "Edit" , "Copy"
Those Screens are no longer used nor they will be used and the Project who had them is already deleted forever.
Thanks and Regards!
@Aaron Pavez The screen is being used in a workflow transition so you cannot delete it. You will need to go to the workflow, remove it from the transition, and then you will be able to delete it.
Nice! that worked. I don't know how it ended in the workflow jaj.
Thanks for the quick reply!
Regards

Agree to @Brant Schroeder as explained above. If you still looking for unused ones then I think you should check and vote for this one - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-71733.
Hope that helps.

You cannot delete a screen that is included in a Screen Scheme or a Workflow. In the image the screen you are trying to delete is included in the Workflow named "Software Simplified Workflow for Project CSF". You need to remove the screen from that workflow first, and you should make sure that workflow is actually not being used before doing that.
