Cant move any issues

Hi. i have an issue.

i cant move my task from backlog to in progress. if i move there's a pop up error message (error1.jpg)

and also cant move task from to do to in dev (error2.jpg)

You should make this in notice of your site-admin so he/she can debug and log issue with AWS.
