Card cover images not working

Card cover images not working

I have a Kanban board with team managed project. When I enable Card Cover images, it doesn't change anything and I am not able to edit the images either.

Can you share some screenshots?

And is it a Jira Software Team-managed project? Or a Jira Work Management team-managed project?

It's a team-managed project. This is what my screen looks like. I don't have any upload button. Pretty sure it is Jira Software Team managed.

But on the card itself - did you use the Attachment function to upload a file?
