Dear All,

can someone help me out.. as i am trying to appear in exam, but getting the message "Your cart contains voucher only exams. Please enter your voucher code to proceed." how can i fix this.

Hi probably you added to a cart wrong type of certificate. If someone do no pass the exam usually get a voucher to try again. If your are in the same situation you need to put the voucher code in order to proceed. If not choose the correct exam from the list that is not related with voucher.

@Mirek i am trying to appear for ACP-600 and this is my first time.

@Mirek  if you get a voucher you still need to pay for the exam, correct? I did not do the exam and did not get a voucher. I had technical problem so could not proceed with the exam. I assume that I would still need to pay for another attempt and need to schedule again, which is what I am trying to do.

Exam ACP-600 can be paid for only with a voucher.  The exam and the preparation course come as a bundle.  Visit this page for the details: https://www.atlassian.com/university/certification/certifications/exam-acp-600

@Julia yes thats correct. I have my voucher but I cant reschedule. I was unable to take the exam due to technical issues.
