Change Jira Confluence admin

The person who has been Atlassian products (Jira + Confluence) admin has been fired.

Do I can change an admin without contacting him? And how to do it?

Can I change not only the password but email associated with admin acc as well?

Dear @h_pledov,

my recommendation when you once have changed he password, is to create a new admin account (can be any valid username) with a new fresh email address, switch to this account and get rid of the old 'fired' account.
