Change Type Required

Hi guys,

I switched from new view in JIRA to old view because the new view does not allow one to change issue type, basically when you hit E, the form does not show up.

After switching from old-new, I am unable to create issues anymore with error below.

I also do not see this field show up in form.

@Prince Agbebiyi Please check your Field configuration scheme, if you have Change type(required field) custom field make sure its not required in Field configuration or in your workflow and make sure there is no conditions.

You saved the day, thank you. I can now create issues again.

I would love some additional feature configured with workflow updates etc and potentially clean up stuffs I don't need, Can we get that support even if it's paid support we happy.
