Change / Update account code in Epics

I have a requirement where I need to update the account code field in Epics , issues, tasks and all related cards.

I had to manually update the code in every ticket/card for the epic where there is a change.

I need help in creating automation where 

a) When I update an account code in an Initiative, all underlying epics and related cards get updated to the new code.

b) When  I create a new initiative,  the account code from the initiative should get copied to any epic/ issue/task created under the initiative. How to automate this?

c) Is there a way to do a bulk change the account code of all existing cards that are in flight with new account code in the absence of automation?

A and B can be accomplished with Automation.

Have you tried to create these automations? If so, please show us what you have so far.

I tried creating the automation to trigger when the account field is changed in EPIC, all the underlying issues within the epic should have the account field copied over from the epic. I updated the account field in the EPIC, however all the stories and other issues within the EPIC still reflects old code.
