In Jira Roadmaps, can the default setting for number of days be changed, from 30, for "Enter the number of days after issues marked as Done will stop showing in the plan" (PLAN SETTINGS > EXCLUSION RULES).
The concern raised by our technical teams when they lost visibility on completed Epics in a quarterly roadmap since the default period of time for an Epic to be visible after completion is only 30 days.
We can manually update this during the creation of new roadmaps but it would be nice if we were able to update the default to 180. Thanks
Hey John,
Unfortunately, we don't have a way to change the default value for all plans. It has to be updated for each plan under plan settings > exclusion rules as you stated already.
Thanks!

@Karan Sachdev is there a way to change the status being removed? For example, instead of 'Done,' we could instead have 'Accepted' be removed after 30 days?

Hey @Derek Evans
Yes, you can choose the status to be removed under Plan Settings > Exclusion Rules.
Thanks!
