Change default vivew for Confluence Issue Macro

Hello, I would like the application created with the Jira Issue / Filter macro to display on the Confluence page as below. Is it possible to edit this macro?

you may change display options with the fields you need to display in the macro view.

I know this option, but I would like that in the Single Issue mode, the application should be displayed in the form I presented earlier automatically.
