I would like to change the headers that are visible in the customer portal requests list. is this possible?

Yes you can. Are you an Admin in the JIRA or the Service Desk?

I must have misunderstood your question. I don't believe you can edit that portion and call it something else.

Can I add to it ? Our customers utilize a Client ID field that they would like to see on the requests list. I would like to modify what headers we can report on. Thanks

Is there an upgrade to your system that contains the ability to modify what populates in the Requests report? Near future? maybe
