Change order workflow transition buttons in new Issue view

The new issue view no longer seems to honor the opsbar-sequence as described in the link below.  If I go to the old view for the issue it shows the correct order assigned via the property for each transition but in the new version of the issue view it does not honor that setting.  How do I assign the proper order in the new issue view?

Hi Greg,

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
Currently, on the new issue view, it's not possible to change the order of the workflow buttons.
Even if you are using a classic project, if using the new view, the configuration on the workflow won't reflect on the ticket.
We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of the ability to change the order of the statuses:

I wanted to chime in here and let you know that the opsbar-sequence property is now honored in the new issue view. Previously it was only available in the old issue view. You can find more information on the public ticket.
