Change project URL

As per the screenshot the update URL is not available to me and as a reason I am not able to change my project URL from default to my company name even though My logged in ID is Organization administrator.

Wanted to know how can I perform such transaction.

Updating the product URL is not available in Free plans.

If you click the "Learn more" link shown on that screen, that comment is the first thing in the documentation.

Updating URLs is available for sites that have at least one Jira or Confluence product with a Standard, Premium, or Enterprise plan. You’re unable to update the URL if the site has only Jira Free and Confluence Free.
