Hi,
I want to know the possibility of changing the ticket ID for example from KEY-123 to
KY-123, what's the impact for this in terms of email notification, reporting and dashboard etc.
Thanks

Hi @Rilwan Ahmed,
if I change my project key from KEY-123 to CHG-123 for change management only, is it possible? I don't want the project key for the Problem or the Incident ticket also changing to CHG.
Thanks

I've tried it and yes it's impossible, so the solution is I made 2 projects, 1 is for Incident management and the other one is for change management, so the KEY can be different for each project. but, I want to ask if I do this is there any concern about this? can you tell me what is the concern?
thank you.

There will be no impact directly on the issues, but you will not be able create project with old project key
Here's the doc on the same

Hi @Pramodh M and @Rilwan Ahmed ,
Thanks for your answers.
I need to change both Project name and Project Key.
1. Does it affect the filter for current dashboard using current set of attributes
2. Will the current existing unresolved tickets' key change to the new one ?
3. Base on what I read in the article, I can still use back the old key and project name for filter after changing to new name and new key?
