Changing Username Across Products

I am an administrator in Atlassian. I need to change a username of a new team member who had a typo in his name. I've read through a couple posts with no luck:

In one post reviewed  https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/profile-and-visibility

was shared to edit, and I have there permission to only show my display name. 

What I need to do is change someone else's name. I can login to their account from Admin>users but can't access their profile information to change their name. 

Please let me know how this can be completed. Thanks!

You will need to have them login to id.atlassian.com and do this.

I did but they can only change their public name. I need to change the "Full Name." Says "can only be changed by admin" but I am the admin. Need location to change that detail please. Thanks in advance.

Any additional information here on the change? We are still seeing the same issue.
