Changing activity tab in Jira does not load properly

We're experiencing a rather strange issue in Jira recently:

When I'm in the regular issue view and i want to change a tab in the activity menue (e.g. from Comments to Work Log) the tab won't load. Only after refreshing the page the information is available. I just get the loading bar:

In the browser console i can find the following error message:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot redefine property: contextPath

Anyone experienced this issue or something similar before?

We already tried restarting Jira and Safe Mode.

The X-PJAX Header was blocked by our Web-Application-Firewall (WAF).

Thanks for the Info! We've suspected the Firewall as well, but couldn't work it out yet. I will pass that information and hope for the best.
