Yes . you can change. Select the filter column as shown below. In the subscription mail you will only the selected columns

How we will add fields to column in filter subcription if there is no issues found.
Means we can't find column option if there is no issues found for filter

Not every. You can set column for each filter separately. If you change the columns of one filter, it will reflect the subscription that filter only. It won't affect other filters and their subscriptions.
