Changing the Plan's Timeline view settings for all users

Hello all,

I have followed the instructions in this KB article and changed the colors of my roadmap via the view settings. However, it seems that these settings are individual. When my colleague looks at the timeline, it's grey again. If that's correct, is there any way to change the settings for all users in my team/organization?

Hi @Nirit Michaeli ,

Viewing settings, including "Color by" option can be saved for all viewers. Once you change the color by option, simply save made changes under a specific view. Once you do that, all users who have access to the plan will view set coloring by default (and they can change their current view/coloring if necessary).
