Changing the email content

Hi friends,

i want to change the email content of new user creation in jira core but i cant able to change it can any one help me out in this.

i have referred the document in the above like also but cant able to find the solution.

What do you mean by "can't able to change it"? What part of the doc is not working for you and how?

Ok, but I was asking what you mean by "cannot change"? What are you doing, what do you expect it to do, and what are the symptom of "cannot change"?
