Can you combined columns on the chart some how. So if you use a JQL query to get your information we can display it in the way we want.
I have a project to created a bugs vs all other issues but they want it in two bars rather then multiple bars.
I am tryin to get Spike, Epic, Story, subtask, Sub-task, Task to be all in the features column. Anyone know how to do this?
Hi @aaron.geister,
Welcome to Atlassian Community!
The out-of-the-box chart gadget does not allow you to group your data. You would need an app to do that. This is one of the reasons I am using Custom Charts for Jira since it allow you to group the output and configure the chart better. There are also other apps in the Marketplace that can do this too.
This is the app custom charts for jira. So how do you combined the bars into one bar. Please look at my attachment. Bugs vs Everything else or we say feature. Can you please let me know how to do this.

You can customize the Chart by/Group by, either by a JQL or a saved filter. Take a look at Chart By / Group By. So in your case for everything else, create a JQL that looks something like this:
issuetype != Bug

You can set the chart to 2D bar chart. Your charted by & grouped by can both be set to JQL query for the project(s) you are charting against.
Using Charts for Jira makes it pretty nice.
