Charts in Confluence (JIRA or Pie) are not working

Just for us to better understand and help you with this issue, we need more details about what is happening when you try to add the charts on the page.

Is it showing an error? If so, please send us a screenshot.

Is it happening on all pages?

Also, open the developer tools on your browser while adding the chart to check if it shows any other error that can help us identify what is causing the issue.

@Angélica Luz We're having the same issue. The chart / pie shows in the preview window but doesn't show after clicking 'insert'. Not showing after the page either...
