Checking that issue links of Epics are set to Done before the Epic can move to the next status

I'm currently trying to ensure that all the user story of an epic is set to done before the Epic is moved to another status but i'm unsure of how to proceed. I do have the adaptavist scriptrunner plugin. I was wondering if a JQL or a groovy script is my best approach?

Thanks for this, however in our version of the JSU Automation Suite, I can't seem to find the link status for Epics in the "issue which are linked as: " checkbox. Am i missing something?

Not sure whether there is a simpler way with scriptrunner or you might have to script it out..
