Chrome or Edge Browser Cannot show active sprints and backlog in Jira

Hi I need help. Some of my users who are using chrome or edge browser are unable to load pages (in particular active sprints and backlog page) in Jira. The chrome version is updated to the latest version 98.0.4758.81. But it either show blank page or keep loading continously. Need advice. Thank you

It's not a problem with Chrome.

Please check whether your team has appropriate permissions.

Is the user able to access the issue from your project in the browser?

Hi thank you for the fast reply. It is not the permission issue as i am able to access the active sprint and backlog page using the same account on another machine.

Okay, now that we are clear with permissions, are you able to access the active sprint and backlog page in the users' machine using a different browser?

Hi Pramodh M

Using both chrome and edge derive the same result. See screenshots attached. 

The third photo show that I am able to login using another machine using the same account and of the chrome browser of the same version.
