Hey,

I have multiple projects from one/two years ago (2018 - 2019), that are classic projects.

But when I try accessing them, they are completely empty, as if they've been deleted.

But I know we haven't deleted them.

We were on the standard plan with 20 people, but recently moved to a free plan and now only have 5 users. I'm not sure if that would have affected it.

Does anyone know why this would have happened?

Thanks.

Figured it out.

So, if you are ever on a paid plan, and you move to a free plan, be sure to check your project permissions.

If you had specific granular permissions set, you will no longer be able to see the project contents, since the free plan doesn't allow you to access granular permissions.

I had to re-subscribe to a paid plan to see the project contents again.
