(thanks for mentioning us @Alexey Matveev)

Hello @Maheeza,

There are different solutions on the marketplace - check following query
https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=issue%20sync

We are the team behind Exalate (which is one of these solutions)
https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.exalate.jiranode/server/overview
It fully covers your use case, and we are very willing to help in case you decide to evaluate our solution.

Hello,

You can use such plugins as Backbone Issue Sync or Exalate.

Maheeza May 1, 2018

If we use this plugin, correct me if I am wrong,,

all issues created on my Jira Instances will sync with all projects on different instances synchronized with My Jira, which will end up in multiple entries on my their and my Instance.

Yes, you will have multiple entries of an issue, but these entries will be synchronized.
