Hi Thembisa,

What is the status of the new card?

Hi John

It's 'to-do'

You need to look at the Board Settings for the new project to see if the To Do status is mapped to the Backlog column for the board settings.

Yes it is mapped, that's why I'm so confused :(

So maybe it is something with the Filter for that board that is excluding the card. Check Board Settings > General > Filter query to see what the filter is showing.

John, you're a superstar!

The status in the filter was 'refinement to-do' instead of 'to-do'

Thanks a million
