We've closed some storys with estimations in Story points but nothing is reported on the Burnup report in our next-gen scrum project.
The issue is marked with Done so it doesn't look like it's anything wrong with the actual status.
Hi @Viktor Bjerre,
have you set the resolution for the issues?
Hi @Krisztian Kovacs
Thanks for a swift reply :)
No idea, where do I set the resolution?
I've set the story to "Closed" and it's marked as "Done" but nothing more.

When you create/modify a workflow you can add a screen called resolution to the final status of your workflow. Also, make sure that the status is "green", has the category of "done".
though if you created a scrum project, it would be surprising for it to not work, unless you modified the workflow yourself.

@Krisztian Kovacs Does the workflows configured on "Site administration" affect the next gen projects?
Looks to me like you configure the workflow by adding columns on the scrum board.

yeah, that would be the idea, you add a column and everything works.
When you look at your columns, does it say "simplified workflow" on it?

Can't see anything about "simplified workflow", do you know where I can find that?
As you can see, the story in the Closed columns is marked as "Done".

I don't have any active workflows in my Site administration view.
The Simplified Workflow is inactive.

I guess at this point my strategy would be to create a new test project to see if the problem is still there and if not, I'd compare the configuration (project and board) of these 2 projects to see what might cause the problem.
Does that make sense?

I created a new project and it worked OOTB there.
The only difference I could see what that the last column was called "Done" instead of "Closed" which I had named my column.
I changed it to Done and started a new sprint and now it works.
Not sure if it was a bug in my last sprint or because of the column name.
Thanks for your replies.

Is the "closed" status in the right-hand column of the scrum board?
