Hi,
I have a user who deals with a lot of JIRA issues types that are Support Tickets. I am noticing that recently since we started using the new view and adjusted our workflow that when she Closes a Support Issue, it also removes the Sprint from the issue.
I talked to her and she is just Closing it; not touching the "Sprint" field. Seems like something is doing it automatically.
Any suggestions?
@Rebecca Lewis Please check the "Close" transition in the workflow for this issue type to see if there is any post-function configured to clear the "Sprint" field value.
Thanks for your help! Hmm, do I do this from where I edit the workflow? If so, I don't see any post-function. But maybe I need to check in the Issue configuration?

@Rebecca Lewis Yes, you can only see the workflow configurations like conditions, validators, post-functions, etc. while editing a workflow (which creates a new draft of the workflow that you are editing). You can then discard or cancel this draft anytime without making any changes to the original workflow.

Thanks! I don't have any post-functions, so I don't think that is my issue. :( I appreciate your help!

Were you able to fix this issue? I'm having the same issue with one of the projects. Closing the tickets is clearing the sprint value. I double and triple checked to make sure there are no Post-functions, conditions or validators.
