Cloud Backup Fails

Hi All, 

Trying to backup Jira Cloud and get the error "jira backup export failed (preparation)"

Tried several options, no calendar to add in a placeholder holiday.

Error that occurs before it fails 

Managed to capture the below

Running export(blocking) migration task: License Role Group External ID Backfill & Fix Invalid/Mismatched Group Entries Task

If you're using a free instance then you might not be entitled to support. You most probably would need to figure out what the problems might be or hope that the export finally works. The latter being optimistic.

I haven't seen that error before, have you tried doing a backup without attachments etc..?

Will be curious to see if the error still persists.

I hope you are doing well!!

Ideally it should work and allow to take backup, please try again sometime later, if not I would suggest you open a support ticket with Atlassian as we don't have access to the backend stuff.

I have tried over a 48 hour period.
