But, User had written a code in "Comment" section. It will allow in comment section ? And user has complained that it doesn't seem to work in my JIRA. Please note right now this field is using a plain text not a WIKI TEXT RENDERER.

In the ticket comments you can also add code block, it's built in with Jira.
And every multi text customfield can be converted from plain text to wiki text render and than also have code block.
