CodeBeamer integration - anybody get it to work w/ cloud?

We have are a difficult time with trying to create a sync between CodeBeamer and JIRA (cloud).  We can create an API in JIRA, which (using Postman to test) appears to work.

But when trying to use that API token from the CodeBeamer side, CodeBeamer cannot see any JIRA projects and we get stuck.

Has anyone dealt with this?  We're pretty frustrated.

Are you 100% sure that CodeBeamer can properly login?

Like you wrote if you use the same email address and the same token, then Jira Cloud doesn't care about who the actual client is, it serves the same data.

So you should verify that. If it can login, but receives no Jira projects, then it should be a problem in the caller side.

We used Postman to test the access into JIRA, and that seems to be working without problems - which implies that the access is ok (at least on JIRA's side).
