Collaboration issue on the same ticket

Hi Community! 

We have an issue when editing a ticket with two different accounts on the same project.

Scenario: I edit a ticket in a project and I save it right after. Then my colleague opens the same ticket and reads what I edited. By clicking in the ticket in order to edit it in turn, my modifications disapear and if he saves what he writes, it won't save what I had written previously.

So as you guess it makes collaboration very hard as we need to work on the same ticket.

Does someone know how to fix it?

Thank you @Sayed Bares [ServiceRocket] ! Unfortunatelly this does not help because we don't need real time collaborative editing. 
The fact is that when I save my work, my colleagues  will not see what I wrote by clicking on the ticket...
