Hello @Michal Sharaby
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
How do you expect it to work? How is it actually working?
Can you provide a screen image to illustrate your situation?

I have not been able to reproduce the image that you shared with the white background.
What type of project's data are you viewing in that image? You can get the project type information from the View All Projects page under the Projects menu. The project type information is displayed in the Type column.
Do you have any Filters or Group By options applied in that screen?

I did Group by sprint and then filter by component sprint etc. you already answered me in another ticket, that once I filter, I cannot have the arrow that display aggregation (epic and under it its stories, task and under it sub task)
which is weird as it should work for me as appear in your tutorial:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vWTZX8D7eBI
. I wrote to you in another ticket it they can appear right after at least (row after row). waiting for your insights.

Hello @Michal Sharaby
I did not produce the video you referenced. I have watched it, though, and the producer does not show a scenario where they have used both the Group By and the Filter at the same time.
I don't think I am the person who answered you in any other posts where you asked about this. Please provide links to the other posts you are referencing.

View in Jira List (atlassian.com)
What do you suggest me to do in order to have the view I desire?
I do not mind choosing only filters and there to filter by sprint etc...
But it does not work either

The answer was already provided by Tessa Tuteleers in your other post:
https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/View-in-Jira-List/qaq-p/2755088
Applying a filter to the List view breaks the ability to display the issues in their hierarchy. There is no solution or workaround at this time.

Thanks for the cross reference @Trudy Claspill
I did not notice the question had already been tackled here too.
@Michal Sharaby indeed, please reference openly if the question already has been asked before so we can help you further instead of starting over again, or stick to the original post 😉

understood. As there was no reply I thought to open an new one and indeed the answer was right after. I appreciate your time and comments.
Hope there will be some fix soon.
BTW I did not see a place to make a vote, I am new here :)

The link I provided in my answer leads you to the public request backlog of Atlassian.
If you log in there, you can place a vote on that specific request, hit watch as well and you will receive updates once the issue moves!
Have a great evening!
Ps: Please also try and accept answers in the community if they were helpful, as it will lead others to finding a response faster if they have the same question as you.
Cheers!
