Is there any way to turn off the combined e-mail details function that has recently been introduced and bring back the individual e-mail for every action taken?
The way it is merging multiple users actioning one jira ticket into a single e-mail is making it difficult to trawl back through e-mails to who has done what.

Batched notifications for Jira Cloud have been added only recently as you can read in below blog post and I am not sure this is something that can be disabled at this point in time:
However, since at the bottom of above post it says to contact Atlassian Support in case of any question or concern, I have created a support request on your behalf with Atlassian Support so that you can the same question in there and provide your feedback on this new feature: JST-483161
