Is there any way to add comment or redirection link while completing the sprint/ closing the sprint.

It wouldn't be changing the dialog as much as creating a custom listener for the sprint closed event.

There is no native functionality for this. Could you please provide a bit more insight into what your end goal is here? Perhaps we can identify another way to get there.

I want that when any team is completing their sprint they can add a message/comment that why stories were not completed. And end goal would be to collect these comments via Code and display on my webpage accordingly.
