Como puedo permitir el borrado de un isssue sólo si se cumple determinada condición?

Necesito que el Reporter pueda borrar sus Issues sólo si no ha tenido modificación alguna desde su creación

Hi Ariel,

When we add users to the permission to delete issues, they will be able to delete any of the open or closed issues. It's not possible to allow them to only delete issues that didn't have any modification.
The best option, in this case, is to remove agents from the permission on Project settings > Permissions > Delete issues and let it to administrators only.

Hi Ariel, Jira doesn't have the functionality to validate this information to block someone to delete the issue. You can remove them from the permission and let only administrators, for example, but it's not possible to remove the permission only if the ticket didn't have any modification.
