Hello,
Here's my challenge, i have a product team project. Once they completed their flow and it's in a "ready for dev" status, i am able to see it in my dev team project backlog.
I was able to accomplish this via the query filter setup. I move the ticket from the backlog into my sprint, and i start the sprint.
The ticket show's up in the "to do" column but i cannot move it to my "in progress" column. I think it's because the ticket is still associated with the product team project and the statuses i configured in my dev team workflow do not exist.
Is their a way for me to move the ticket using the dev team statuses?
thank you,
Hi @Frank Lacalamita thanks for joining the community.
For workflow transition can you please check is there any condition between "to do" to In Progress. if condition is there you have that role to move to next transition.
thank you for your response. I think the issue is the fact that the ticket (story) is still associated with the product project. When i try to drag the ticket to another column in the scrum board, there are no options. I think it's because those statuses do not exist in the product project workflow but they do exist in the dev project workflow. If i were to create a ticket in the dev project, than all is well, it's only when i see the ticket from the product project.

Thank for the update.
can you please change the Board settings and that status should be in the Board then only it is visible on board.

So if i understand correctly... i would create a workflow with all the statuses/transitions.
The board settings dictates what is visible from the workflow?
