I have created a component and configured the component lead and when I tag that component to an issue it does not assign to the person who is component lead for that linked component. Please suggest.

Hi @Dhaval Khairnar ,

Welcome to the Community!

Are you tagging the component while creating the issue or editing it ?

Thanks,
Aditya

tagging or applying the component after creating an issue, so that component lead can be auto assigned.

@Dhaval Khairnar- Auto assignment to Component lead works only at the time of creating a ticket.

If you want it to assign it while editing an issue, you can create an automation rule with "Value Changes for" a field trigger.

Thanks,
Aditya
