Bonjour,
Cordialement,
F. Belhenniche
@Florence BELHENNICHE - hi Florence! What does "US" mean?
Ignoring "US", I'm not sure it is possible to find/show date for specific changes (the addition of a specific label) in eazyBI.
Can you describe what you're trying to do? 🤔

Bonjour Florence ! Que signifie «US»?
Bonjour Dave,
Merci pour votre réponse rapide.
US (User Story) = ticket Jira (Issue)
Cordialement,
F. Belhenniche

Oh really?
My answer is still the same, but hopefully I'm wrong... 😅

Ah bon?

Hi all,
In addition to what @Dave Liao suggested, eazyBI can analyze the history of numeric and date fields (https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybijira/data-import/custom-fields#CustomFields-Customnumberoffieldvaluechanges) as well as history for single value custom fields (https://docs.eazybi.com/eazybijira/data-import/jira-issues-import/import-issue-change-history).
But yes, there are technical limitations for multi-value field changes. If you are interested in the date when a particular label is added, a possible solution would be to go through the Issue changelog and find the date within a JavaScript calculated field (or other Jira scripted fields). Once you have the date, you can use it together with other dimensions for analysis.
Please let me know if you need further assistance with this!

Bonjour Lauma,
Florence

eazyBI does not capture and does not import any changes for multi-value fields, like Labels. Currently, we do not plan updates here, as we have not identified any reasonable way for importing and storing those changes. However, we have this idea still in the back of our minds and I added your vote to it.
Meantime, we suggest using some scripted fields in Jira to track changes for some Labels to support some specific scenarios. While we do not have any examples for Labels, here are some examples for using scripted fields.
