Configuring a daily email for unassigned tickets

Hi,

We'd like to set up a daily email to be sent to a few users notifying them of unassigned tickets in that project. Any ideas how to do this?

I was looking at creating a custom notification, but couldn't find a way, since this isn't really an event in itself, rather something scheduled. Will I need to create a project automation?

Any help is appreciated.

@renato.shimose  , JIRA has this amazing feature called  'Filter subscription'.

That sends scheduled email of the filter result to users.

Check that out for this use case.
