Confirmation Email is not Received

We are trying to allow our team to access a support ticket and when they create an account and click send, the confirmation code is not being delivered. They have checked spam and all other folders.

We are sharing a link to a specific form our team uses to access and submit service tickets, without being having access to the entire platform. We are having one issue with one person who is not getting the confirmation email. Just trying to see if there is a way or place to see those confirmation codes or provide access some other way

Hi Zach,

I'm a bit lost. I don't understand what you mean by Sharing a link to a specific form. Is this Jira software we're talking about or maybe this is JSM? Are you trying to add a licensed user to have access to the application or is this a customer that will access the JSM portal?

Thanks, This is JSM to clarify. And yes this will be a customer we need to access a form to fill out service tickets... we have had about 45 others access successfully, but just have this one person with an issue
