Connect Jira to Github via Github for Jira app

Hi there,

I have a new Jira instance and I am trying to connect it to our github repos. I have used Github for Jira for this but it does not seem to want to connect.

In the Github Configuration page, the 'sync status' seems to be stuck on 'In progress'. When I left work on Friday, it was on 'Pending'. It is Monday today, so I would have expected it either to be finished by now, or to error out.

Has anyone any ideas?

I removed and added the integration again yesterday and it has been stuck on 'Pending' for 19hrs.

Am I missing something?

I have just deleting and adding the integration again and this time it worked. Not sure what the problem was.
