I am using a Control Chart and I have noticed that checking the "include non-working days in calculations" don´t make any difference.

Seems that the Y axys (Elapsed Time) is using 24 hrs days, 7 days a week to compute the elapsed time, without any regards to working days configuration.

Can anyone confirm this?

Thanks in advance,

Hi @Adolfo Casari -

Are you able to check this link and see how Working and non-working days have been setup in your instance? https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwarecloud/configuring-working-days-764478050.html

Unless non-working days have been called out explicitly, your observation in both cases (checking or unchecking inclusion of non-working days) will be the same.

Hope this helps!

Thanks

Kalyani

Hi @[deleted] , Standard Working Days is set Monday to Friday.

As a test I added 1/1/2019 as a non working date.

After this a cluster of issues moved from In Progress on 1/2/1019 changed from: 5h 1m to:  23h 30m (max time) which don´t make sense to me, it shoud read: 29h 1m (24 h + 5h 1m)
