Converting paid plan after trial ended

Hello, 

We used the premium trial at the start of our Jira project. Our trial ended and it converted us to a free plan (an email confirmed this). However, it randomly kicked everyone out and suspended our account. It does not let me change the subscription plan to free in the "subscription details" since it has been inactivated. 

Any ideas on what to do to get the board back without having to spend money?

Welcome to the community.

Can you still logon or get into the Atlassian Administration?

If so, lower the licensed users to less then 10 users.

Hi! 
Thank you for the quick response. 

That is what I am trying to do, I have navigated to Administration > Directory > Users 
There is no "remove access" available, the only option that does something similar is suspend access which does not seem to remove from the actual user count. 
It is still at 11 even after suspending access from two users.

Hi @Axel Berglund 

Select a user or use the 3dots behind a user and then select See details option, then for each user, remove Jira access.

From the dropdown, deselect all checkboxes.

this will release a license
