Copy custom field to assignee not working

Hi all,

I have made a workflow that uses the post-function "Copy Value From Other Field", to change the assignee at each step to a custom field defined in the initial submission form.
This has been my go-to method in all the workflows I have made and I've had no problems with it up til now.
The current workflow I am making uses this post function at each step, and its working fine except for the first step.
The initial create transition won't set the Assignee field to the value of a custom field, so the tickets are unassigned by default once created.

The above image shows how I have set up the post function. This works for every other transition except the initial create transition. Below is a list of all the post-functions on said transition.Any ideas on any possible fixes?

Move "The field Assignee...." post function to first position and try again.

This worked! Thank you for the quick response, I was silly and didn't realize that the position of the post-functions in the list made an impact!
