I am using 3rd app on a sandbox
But when i start copy production data to sandbox, 3rd app will dissappear
Is there anyway i can copy data to sandbox, but still keep 3rd app

This public bug has the reason and the workaround to reinstall apps in the sandbox -> https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CLOUD-12099

When you copy production data to a sandbox, the sandbox environment often resets or overwrites its configuration. This could result in third-party apps being removed, as they are not part of the production data being copied.
To avoid losing the third-party app, you can try the following steps:
Reinstall the App After the Copy
Contact Your System Administrator or App Provider

You can add marketplace apps to your sandbox and use them for free, as described in this support article. What I assume you are referring to, is that your app (and app data) gets lost when you copy data from production. That is true, as you can verify in this support article (see the list of data that can't be copied).
You can, however, still activate the apps and functionally use them on your sandbox environment to experiment, at no license cost.
